23 Bay Overview
Versatility best describes the 23 Bay Bolt. While most bay boats weigh in at close to the 2000 lb mark our Bay Bolt weighs over 3000 lbs without the motor. This weight combined with the unique hull design allows for the ability to cross Biscayne Bay, Charlotte Harbor or Tampa Bay like a 25 Center Console. Additionally the wide beam provides tremendous buoyancy and stability in shallow water.
The specs are correct. She floats in 11 inches of water. She will not list with 3 anglers on one side of the bow or stern and runs 60 mph with a 300 hp four stroke. Combined with 2 live wells standard and room for a third this Bay Bolt has a "cult-like" following from Louisana to Key West. See the video of her construction in our "Why Hydra Sports" for more info.
