HYDRA-SPORTS® BOATS NAMES TOP DEALERS FOR 2007 MODEL YEAR
SARASOTA, Fla., August 14, 2007— Hydra-Sports® Boats has recently announced the top ten dealers in retail sales for the 2007 model year. In addition, the top five dealers with the highest CSI scores have been released.
“Our dealer performance is consistently outstanding,” said Chris Wainscott, senior vice president and general manager of Hydra-Sports. “Dealerships face the constant challenge of pleasing the customers while hitting sales objectives and I’m happy to say that several dealers have succeeded in both.”
The number one dealer in retail sales for the 2007 model year is Plantation Boat Mart of Tavernier, Fla. Following close behind are Thunder Marine of St. Petersburg, Fla., Lentine Marine of Stuart, Fla., Boat Tree of Orlando, Jacksonville, Melbourne and Sanford, Fla., and Gootee’s Marine of Church Creek, Md. Rounding out the top ten list for retail sales are Eagle Marine Inc. of Sagamore Beach, Mass., Marina Mikes, LLC of Ft. Myers, Fla., All Seasons Marine of Rowayton, Conn., All Island Marine of Oceanside, N.Y., and Atlantic Outboard, Inc. of Westbrook, Conn.
All Seasons Marine Works, Inc. earned the top award with the highest overall dealer CSI score and also earned an eighth-place ranking on the top-ten dealer list. Gootee’s Marine, also placing fifth in the top-ten dealer rankings, came in second on the overall dealer CSI score rankings. Following on the CSI score rankings were Bill’s Marine, Inc. in third position, Eagle Marine, Inc. in fourth position, who also placed sixth in the dealer rankings and Pike Marine, Inc. finishing in fifth position on the CSI score rankings.
Dealers placing in the top five for the CSI award rankings earn substantial awards based on a percentage of their annual purchases.
The spirit of the CSI Award Program is to elevate the importance of customer satisfaction programs and recognize industry best practices in a positive manner. Winners are not permitted to publicize their individual scores, however, an average score of 90 or above for 2007 program year boat models is required to earn this award.
“It is evident in the cross-over between the two award categories that customer satisfaction and sales success go hand-in-hand,” said Wainscott. “Our top dealers consistently place very high on the CSI award list each year.”
